Saffron Guru LLC ("we") makes browser extensions that protect you from ads, trackers, scams and dangerous websites. We respect your privacy.

What we collect

Nothing. Our extensions do not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal information, browsing history, or the content of the websites you visit.

What stays on your computer

Your settings and the counters shown in the extension (for example, the number of ads blocked) are stored only in your browser. If you use Chrome or Edge sync, your browser may keep a copy of these counters in your own browser account so they survive a reinstall. We cannot see them.

What the extensions download

To recognise dangerous websites, the extensions download public lists of malware and phishing website addresses from security organisations (URLhaus by abuse.ch and OpenPhish). No information about you is sent when these lists are downloaded.

Browser Guard file check

When you download a file, Browser Guard may send the file's fingerprint (a SHA-256 code that cannot be turned back into the file) to the MalwareBazaar database by abuse.ch to check whether it is known malware. The file itself and your personal information are never sent.

Children

Our extensions are not directed at children under 13.
